Our Proprietor's Blend is a unique and exclusive wine that showcases the passion and ingenuity of the Terlato family. Our proprietors handpicked the standout barrels from our Napa Valley vineyards for this special bottling, which were expertly blended by Winemaker Marisa Taylor. To create a harmonious and distinctively flavored wine, it was aged for 20 months in French Oak barrels before bottling. With its abundant red fruit flavors and bold, well-structured character, this blend guarantees an unforgettable wine drinking experience.
2017 Rutherford Hill Merlot Atlas Peak
Rutherford Hill is highly regarded for its exceptional merlot, which highlights the unique characteristics of the Bordeaux varietal grown in the Atlas Peak appellation of Napa Valley. The vineyards are situated over 1,500 feet above the valley floor, on steep slopes with high elevations that yield smaller, concentrated berries. The resulting wine is rich, velvety, and luxurious, with elegant tannins that provide an unforgettable experience. 2017 Rutherford Hill Merlot Atlas Peak is a wonderful wine.
2018 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
This wine is sourced from an estate on a hillside in Rutherford nestled in Napa Valley. Winemaker Marisa Taylor blended it with one of her favorite blocks from a vineyard in Napa that has rocky soil. The 2018 growing conditions were optimal, resulting in a wine with a rich texture, density, and intensity. A plentiful and even fruit set was yielded by ideal conditions for bud break during the 2018 vintage. The mild and extended summer allowed for a longer hang time, ripening and ultimately, producing only 86 cases of richer fruit.
